View, Accept, or Reject Members Who Register to Your Site

  • Anyone can request to join your site by clicking on the Register link. Whoever is listed as the Admin of your site (listed in the Roles section under the Permissions icon) is whom the registration submission is sent to. It is then up to the Admin (or Members with the appropriate permissions) to add the member to the site, and add them to the appropriate member role.

    1. Hover of My Tools in the Silver Menu Bar and click Members.
    2. Click the Pending tab.
      • If rejecting the member, click Reject.
      • If accepting the member, select a Role from the drop down, then click Accept.
    3. This will add the member directly to a role to be able to begin using the site.

      *Please note: If the standard registration form that comes with the site is replaced with a custom form, the functionality of approving/rejecting members changes to the Admin/form creator manually adding members to the site. Members of the site with the proper permissions can view, accept, or reject these potential members.
