Create a Role from an Existing Group

  • Using a simple drop-down interface from the Permissions page, Site Administrators now have the ability to create a Role from any Group on the website. Instantly, all members of the selected Group will be placed in an identically-named Role.
    1. Hover over My Tools in the Silver Menu Bar and click Permissions.
    2. Select a Group from the drop down menu to create a corresponding Role.
    3. Click the Permissions tab to begin assigning permissions to the Role.
    4. Click Save after each section is updated.
