Create a Group from My Tools

    1. Hover over My Tools on the Silver Menu Bar and click Groups.
    2. Click Add group.
    3. Fill out the appropriate fields:
      1. Group name
      2. A brief description
      3. A picture
    4. Click Add.

    5. Remember, you can control the privacy of the groups you create by changing the visibility drop down box.
      1. All Site Members: These are open groups and any member of the organization can join without the request of an invitation from the Group's Owner.
      2. Private: Members of the site can see that a Private group exists; however, they must request an invitation to join this group from the Group's Owner.
      3. Hidden: Only members that have been invited to a hidden group can be a part of the group and know that this group exists. A member cannot request an invitation to this type of group.
