Groups can be created from existing site Roles quickly and easily - all from the Groups main page. Instantly, all members of the selected Role will be placed in an identically-name Group.
- Hover over My Tools on the Silver Menu Bar and click Groups.
- Select a Group you want to make into a Role from the drop down menu.
- Complete the fields.
- Click Add.
